绍兴市耀龙纺粘科技有限公司是一家民营股份制企业。地处以高新技术产业为主导的绍兴市袍江工业区，北邻曹娥江，西接沪杭甬高速公路绍兴出口处，距绍兴市区12公里，离杭州萧山机场仅32公里。
2003年经浙江省发改委批准立项，新征土地（224亩）149122平方米，新建厂房约5万平方米，引进了一条年产1.2万吨的SS纺粘生产线，采用世界进的纺粘非织造工艺技术，设备的高科技含量在当今非织造布行业中是一流的，其控制系统也是采用世界上进的自动化控制技术，目前该生产线已投入正常生产运行。
公司出产的面幅为3.25m的(PE/PP)、(PE/PET)双组份及超薄型PET无纺布产品面料是目前国内外竞争力的新型工业复合基布及医药卫生用面料。产品主要用于医疗卫生的防护用品，也可作为汽车工业、建材工业用材及电子、家庭用布等，面料也可实行用色母粒直接纺粘着色或印染上色，经分切后可直接出口或内销。由于产品具有独特的技术含量和新颖性，目前在国内还没有第二条生线可以与之竞争。
公司的技术保障及研发能力在同行业中是一流的。05年公司与东华大学（原中国纺大）签订了一份10年期的技术合作协议，协议确定公司作为东华大学无纺布研究中心的产品研发基地，共同组建“东华大学耀龙纺粘技术研究所，并经过绍兴市人民政府和市科技局认定。
